Job Overview A highly skilled and experienced Head Chef is required to oversee kitchen operations in a leading catering company based in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of chefs, cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen personnel. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organized individual to take on a senior leadership position and contribute to the success of our culinary team. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, health and safety compliance, quality control, and presentation. You will also be expected to manage staff attendance and scheduling, provide training and guidance to new staff members, and ensure ongoing development of team skills. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, dishwashers, and other personnel.
  2. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, health and safety compliance, quality control, and presentation.
  3. Manage staff attendance and scheduling.
  4. Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
  5. Ensure ongoing development of team skills.
Requirements
  1. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  2. Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and customer service.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
