- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.
- Ensure all AV equipment is maintained, functional, and properly stored.
- Respond to guest and staff AV inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on AV systems.
- Assist with installations or relocations of AV equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of AV equipment usage, repairs, and inventories.
- Respond to emergency AV issues and ensure systems are operational.
- Assist with training staff on AV equipment usage.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of AV storage areas and workstations.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling guest requests and complaints efficiently.
- Support AV needs for hotel events, conferences, and other functions.
- Report any damages or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same field and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Good command of the English language.
