Quality Lead - Manama - Mondelēz International

Drive Quality Excellence in Our Factory We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Lead to ensure quality targets are met and grow team capabilities. You will report directly to the plant manager with dotted line responsibility to corporate quality. Your Key Contributions

1. Develop and track your department's budget, eliminate losses, and conduct regular assessments to meet targets.
2. Plan, execute, and take action to stay on track while adhering to laws, food safety standards, and consumer requirements.
3. Responsible for recruitment, structuring of the department, and setting performance goals, coaching, and mentoring team members.

Your Qualifications We require a BSc of Science or Equivalent degree and relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D. IL6S Deep knowledge and QM Pillar leader experience are also desired. Key skills include managing multiple priorities, commercial strategy process, food safety, and working with external suppliers and customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
