We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the lubricants industry , specializing in automotive, industrial, and marine lubricants to join immediately. This role requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience in the lubricants or oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on marketing lubricant products and driving business growth. The candidate must be available to join immediately . Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the market presence of lubricant products in the automotive, industrial, and marine sectors.
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Create and implement marketing plans tailored specifically to the lubricants industry, targeting automotive, industrial, and marine applications.
- Design product-focused campaigns that highlight features, benefits, and performance advantages of lubricant offerings.
- Develop promotional materials, such as product brochures, data sheets, and case studies, emphasizing the technical and commercial value of the products.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media, to increase product visibility.
- Plan and execute product launches for new lubricants, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote lubricant products and foster brand recognition.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product innovations and technical specifications.
- Develop and monitor pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness.
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their understanding of lubricant products and marketing strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Establish and maintain a customer feedback system to continually refine product offerings and marketing approaches.
- Develop loyalty programs to retain existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing campaigns, sales performance, and market trends.
- Conduct regular assessments of marketing ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Utilize analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize future campaigns.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in lubricant product marketing within the automotive, industrial, or marine sectors.
- Proven track record in business development and sales of lubricants.
- Strong digital marketing expertise and ability to manage marketing campaigns effectively.
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
