Position Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will act as the single point of contact for NUERA solutions and service sales across all product areas with a primary focus on over the road but not limited to air freight and ocean freight, within the province of Ontario and customer base. Foster client relationships for the movement of all goods over the road, import and export cargo for Sea Freight in both FCL & LCL, Air Freight while maintaining a close strategic relationship and communication with clients to ensure on going needs support. You will obtain new customers through sales activity, developing relationships, and correctly assessing the prospective account to secure business while generating an opportunity pipeline.Essential Functions:Act as the single point of contact for NUERA solutions and service sales across all product areas.Aggressively obtain new customers through sales "hunting" activity and developing relationships.Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily.Interact regularly with local management and develop close relationships with operations staff to ensure customer needs are met.Develop a growth strategy and set quotas focused on financial gain and profitability to meet revenue targets.Set up and attend face to face meetings with clients, providing presentations and conducting appropriate needs analysis.Visit clients to discuss services, offer solutions, prepare quotations, and work as a liaison between NUERA and clients.Manage and monitor business volumes from assigned client base to ensure existing levels of revenue are maintained.Work regularly in alignment with all other department managers to ensure customer needs are met.Help secure new business and increase our market share in Canada.Other job duties as assigned.Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline preferred.Required Skills & Knowledge:Requires a minimum of 5+ years experience in field sales in over the road freight sales/freight brokerage/3PL.Additional operational experience in air and ocean freight will be considered an asset.Fluency in CRM, Cargowise systems an asset.Basic PC Knowledge along with MS Office applications experience is required.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proven solution selling, business development and customer service skills.Experience in developing a database of qualified sales leads through various methods.Self-motivated, results oriented with a strong desire to succeed.Excellent organization, interpersonal and teamwork skills.Excellent ability to gather and understand clients needs.Commitment to fulfilling the agreed daily/weekly/monthly customer calls KPI's and revenue targets.Work Conditions:Climate controlled office environment (desk/computer work).Large windows and natural lighting.Job TypePermanent, Full-timeHybridCompany eventsDental careExtended health careLife insuranceDiscounted Good Life Fitness membershipOn-site parkingPaid time offRRSP matchSchedule40 hours per week8-hour shift$70,000 - $95,000Unlimited commission based on GP generated.Apply For The JobPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the role and your qualifications.
