It offers comprehensive services, ranging from project management to execution of works.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise construction work with foremen and subcontractorsRead and understand plans and specifications to define work methodsCreate and manage the project schedule with the General Superintendent and Project ManagerEnsure compliance with health and safety standards on the sitePrepare for and participate in project meetingsPlan, prepare, and purchase necessary tools and materialsMonitor productivity, document issues, and prepare daily reportsEnsure the quality of materials and work, prepare and monitor the budget, and analyze the costs of changesSkills and qualifications :Degree in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent3 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of financial managementComputer skills, including proficiency with Office SuiteKnowledge of welding (a plus), heavy machinery, cement plants, and foundries (major assets)
