In this role, you’ll handle complex customer support cases, provide system support services, and participate in daily support routines as part of an on-call duty ring. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key in this dynamic and rewarding environment. What you’ll bring to the table
- A Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in IT, software development, or automation engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in automation, IT, or software development projects and products.
- Excellent co-operation and communication skills.
- Strong service orientation and experience in customer support services.
- Oral and written proficiency in German and English (additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus).
- Competence in IT networks and components, Linux OS, database/Java programming, Bosch Rexroth Drives/PLC, Siemens S7 TIA Portal, or Allen Bradley Control Logix.
- A proactive, can-do attitude for learning and tackling challenges.
