Are you ready to elevate your technical support career? We’re looking for System Support Engineers to join our team in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role and responsibilities will be tailored to match your skills and experience – ranging from developing your expertise in solving challenging support cases to taking responsibility for technical solutions and collaborating with a highly engaged team to achieve customer success. In this role, you’ll handle complex customer support cases, provide system support services, and participate in daily support routines as part of an on-call duty ring. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key in this dynamic and rewarding environment. What you’ll bring to the table

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in IT, software development, or automation engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in automation, IT, or software development projects and products.
  • Excellent co-operation and communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation and experience in customer support services.
  • Oral and written proficiency in German and English (additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus).
We also value
  • Competence in IT networks and components, Linux OS, database/Java programming, Bosch Rexroth Drives/PLC, Siemens S7 TIA Portal, or Allen Bradley Control Logix.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude for learning and tackling challenges.
This position is located at our German office in Willich, near Düsseldorf, and offers a flexible hybrid work model that combines office and remote work. A significant part of your role involves solving customer cases, ensuring successful outcomes, and collaborating with an engaged Help Desk team.
