Marketing and lead generation for a creative company providing bespoke filmmaking, stills photography, live and recorded sound to the arts culture and heritage sectors. Last date for application: Friday 31st Jan 2025 Job Description Generation of new clients across our multiple areas of work in the areas mentioned above concentrating on our filmmaking and sound recording. Advising on our current marketing outlets and developing a plan for the coming year including possible website/branding, Instagram, YouTube and other outlets to be discussed. We provide a variety of different services and are keen to keep the team small enough to maintain personal relationships with clients; part of the role will be to distil that messaging and develop our specific brand around that aim at an exciting time in the development of the company. We are based in Oxfordshire but work nationally and, in some elements of our work, internationally. We are a small team with many years of experience across the above sectors from technical to administrative and curatorial ranging from the funded arts to the commercial. We’re keen to maintain demonstrably friendly, open and long-term relationships with our clients. This will be freelance based on 8 hours averaged each week to be agreed mutually. Starting as an initial 6 month project; we hope to extend if successful. Rate is £250 per 8 hours plus any reasonable travel expenses. This would be a remote working arrangement with occasional in-person meetings being desirable but not essential. As a company we all work remotely with no central office. Job Requirements Successful candidates should have recent, relevant contacts and marketing experience within one or more of the following areas: – Theatre – Classical Music – Fee-paying Schools – Museums/ Heritage – Visual Arts Galleries They should have recent, relevant experience of building and running marketing plans to defined budgets with defined financial targets and have experience in branding, working with web developers and designers. They should be methodical and confident in approaching potential clients from multiple different backgrounds and areas and have a friendly and open communication style. They should also be confident in working independently but also report back to the main team weekly.
