Qualifications

Successful Brokers possess business acumen, professionalism, an honest and open approach, and are highly motivated self-starters, ideally with a track record in sales and an established network of contacts in the business sector. Backgrounds in Banking, Real Estate, Finance, Mortgages, Insurance, Accounting, Law, or previous business ownership are an advantage for getting started in this career. To be eligible to become a Business Sales Broker, you will need to have (or be willing to obtain) an NZ Certificate in Real Estate Salesperson Level 4.
