We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst
In this role, you will:- Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SAS) and good hold on data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R.
- Produce key project documents such as Solution Proposal, High Level Design and Mapping documents and provide inputs for TOR / Project Charter, Test Strategy, Implementation plan, Non-Functional Requirements and Post Implementation Report.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights.
- Own the requirement gathering and data analysis issues and ensure their resolution by engaging appropriate teams.
- Produce estimation and analysis plans in sync with the overall project plan and proactively communicate any deviations to all relevant stakeholders.
- Creation of Functional Scenarios for functional testing if required and with business teams support.
- Co-ordinate with build, testing and business teams for end-to-end implementation of projects.
- Co-ordinate with business teams to get sign-off for production deployment.
- Provide Post Production Support after Go-live in terms of addressing business queries and ensure compliance to HSBC Product Owner processes, procedures, and controls.
