Job Description

Arab Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to oversee daily operations and support efficient workflows across departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and supervise schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage leave requests and arrange substitutes.
  • Organize student activities and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare reports, process staff payments, and handle monthly administrative tasks.
  • Address maintenance issues and respond promptly to staff concerns.
Working Hours and Days:
  • Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour break).
  • Weekends: Fridays and Saturdays.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
