Senior Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco UCCX and Cisco UCCE with a preference for those who have experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of Cisco UCCX and Cisco UCCE solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Oversee the integration of Cisco contact center technologies with existing systems and applications.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring best practices are followed.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
5. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Cisco UCCX and UCCE.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all technical implementations.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
10. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
11. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
12. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

1. Possess a strong background in Cisco UCCX and Cisco UCCE with proven implementation experience.
2. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
3. Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
4. Show experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is a plus.
