Job Opportunity: Cold Calling Intern (1-Month Internship) Company: Exceedd Securities Location: Remote Stipend: ₹3,000 - ₹7,000 + Commission (Performance-Based) Duration: 1 Month Timing: 12 PM - 6 PM (2 hours daily, except Sundays) Are you persuasive, goal-driven, and eager to make an impact in a dynamic work environment? We’re looking for a motivated  Cold Calling Intern to join our team and help us connect with potential clients. Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to a curated list of potential clients provided by the company.
• Follow provided scripts and strategies to effectively engage prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions.
• Work towards conversion goals with a positive and professional approach.

• Performance-based stipend ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹7,000 per month.
• Additional commission for each successful client conversion.
• Certificate of completion from the company at the end of the internship.
• Opportunity to transition into a  full-time role based on performance and work ethic.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with new clients.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
