Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Leadership Development Specialist located in Pune. The Partner will sell and deliver LMI programs to clients and will manage program logistics and administration. They will also provide coaching and support to program participants throughout their development initiatives. This hybrid role provides some flexibility for remote work.
