The person should be very fluent in english and communication and should have experience working for a UK company. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer service via calls, emails, and live chat to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Manage order fulfilment & inventory. • Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost sales. • Coordinate with the e-commerce team to recommend on-page theme updates on Shopify. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in customer service is essential.
