Role Overview We are looking for a hybrid professional who combines expertise in SEO and content writing. You will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic to our platform, improving our search engine rankings, and creating valuable content for our audience.

• Location : Remote/Hybrid (Location flexibility available)
• Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent
• Reports To : Co-Founder & COO, EpiCred

Key Responsibilities 1. SEO Optimization

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, low-competition keywords relevant to our target audience.
• Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to improve organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, title tags, alt text, and schema markup.
• Develop link-building strategies and collaborate with external partners for guest posts and backlinks.

2. Content Strategy & Creation

• Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts, guides, and case studies tailored to the education and financing niche.
• Develop content calendars to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Repurpose long-form content into social media posts, email campaigns, and short-form articles.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Track organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and user engagement metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and content effectiveness.
• Use insights from data analysis to refine content strategies and improve results.

Who You Are Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and content writing.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
• Technical Expertise :
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Writing Skills :
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write for different tones and audiences, particularly students and parents.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret SEO data and make data-driven decisions.
• Soft Skills :
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the education or fintech sector.
• Experience in creating video scripts or visual content.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and CMS platforms like WordPress.
