Role Description Samcom Technologies is seeking a talented and passionate AI Developer to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, including Voice AI systems, ChatBOTs, Business process automation and innovative applications leveraging advanced technologies like LangChain, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including Voice AI systems, ChatBOTs and business process automation solutions. • Work with technologies like LangChain , Langraph , Large Language Models (LLMs) , and RAG to build scalable and intelligent solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Integrate third-party APIs and platforms such as Twilio, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI for conversational and voice AI applications. • Optimize machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and voice technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving innovation. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying AI solutions. • Experience in automating business workflows and designing process optimization solutions. • Familiarity with CRM integrations and SaaS platform development. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI development, especially in Voice AI, ChatBOT solutions, and advanced AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or related tools.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, Langraph, LLMs, and RAG.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and speech synthesis technologies.
- Experience with APIs such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or Twilio.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks expertise
- Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
