As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Intellicus, you will leverage your extensive experience to drive sales initiatives, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and effectively communicate the value of our software solutions. You should be excellent in building customer rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets. Geographies to work for: India/APAC/Middle East/USA/Europe Job Location: Noida/Indore/Bangalore Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify and engage potential clients for Business Intelligence platform through targeted outreach, utilizing a mix of phone calls, emails, and social selling.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Analyze customer needs for BI and pitch/ present solutions that align with their business objectives, emphasizing the unique benefits of Intellicus software.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling virtual demonstrations of Intellicus products with the help of presales engineer, addressing specific client use cases and showcasing features.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and manage the sales pipeline in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to post-sale support.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas, contributing to overall company growth.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Follow-Up: Proactively nurture relationships with leads and existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, B. Tech.
- 5+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the software or business intelligence industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
