Company Overview Our Industrial Contracting business is well established and has created a niche for itself over the last 31 years as a reputed and reliable contracting company. Our business involves construction of Industrial, Commercial and Institutional buildings for big multinational and private clients in Pan India locations. Key sectors that we work in include Engineering, F&B, FMCG, Oil & Chemical, Steel, Power, Automotive. Pharma, Institutional buildings and Commercial Buildings including Offices, Data centers etc. Purpose Manage and drive implementation of Quality processes, systems and standards for multiple projects through coordination with project teams, clients and company management. Ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement in product quality and workmanship at project sites. Responsibilities
- Development, upgradation and effective implementation of sustainable Quality systems in organization
- Setting standards and processes of quality in organization including availability of standard reference documents like Procedures, Guidelines, Training modules, Quality Assurance Plans, Formats etc.
- Understand customer Quality requirements and deliver the project to the satisfaction of customer
- Assure, Control & Review quality at sites through the QA team while ensuring strict adherence to QMS requirements/IS Codes
- Facilitate quality review meetings at site by co-ordinating with Project Managers and site Quality engineers
- Respond and close external customer complaints and monitor effectiveness. Discuss major quality deviations with client as required
- Resolve and analyse quality issues with CAPA plans
- Implement appropriate corrective and preventive action to eliminate non-conformances (system, process and product), if any, identified during quality inspections/audits
- Organise sessions for key staff to create awareness about key topics affecting Quality and quality systems
- Plan and co-ordinate Internal Audits for evaluating performance of the QMS at project sites
- Review the performance of the QA & QC team
- Advise the project management team on qualitative requirements, latest trends in quality and various options to ensure quality of materials & work
- Obtain and compile MIS reports from site at suitable frequency and share with management
- Organise Quality Review meetings at HO and escalate key issues / Abnormalities / Non conformances for further actions to senior management
- B.E. Civil. with at least 12 year’s experience in QA/QC with 3-4 years in a managerial/senior managerial capacity.
- Hands on experience of QA/QC function in construction contracting industry is a must.
- Experience of coordinating multiple projects is preferred
