• Bachelors in Computer Science / Software Engineering or IT related degree
• (4 years) from HEC Recognized University

• At least 7-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a Software Development environment
• Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to create clear and actionable documentation for software development projects.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and end-users to ensure documentation aligns with business needs and technical capabilities.
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and user manuals.
• Ensure clarity and consistency in documentation, using structured formats and clear language for easy reference by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other documentation platforms to track requirements, document changes, and maintain version control.
• Work within Agile or iterative development frameworks, updating documentation based on project milestones and sprints.
• Conduct regular reviews and validation of documentation to ensure alignment with ongoing development and business objectives.
• Identify and propose improvements to documentation practices, ensuring a scalable and efficient approach for future projects.
• Provide team leadership in documentation best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high standards across projects.

1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
6. 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
7. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
9. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.

11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
