We prefer candidates from banking and insurance industry and some of our top performers including trainers and counsellors are from Banking & insurance background and proving to be game changers for us. What you will do -1. Making inbound and outbound calls. 2. Creating a sales pipeline and converting leads. 3. Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to students. 4. Counselling of prospects and selling of different courses. 5. Ensuring post-sales servicing and responding to customer service calls. What are we looking for -

1. Excellent communication skills with great convincing power.
2. Confident in using Google Suite
3. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
4. Strong enthusiasm to bring results and a zeal to work for higher incentives every month
5. Experience : Min 2 Years in sales
