Position Overview Our client, an international leader in industrial protection systems, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in the South of Ireland . This role offers the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from strong technical and organizational support. Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, commissioning, and repair of industrial protection systems at client sites (chemical, petrochemical, life sciences, food, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide ongoing technical support and expertise to clients.
- Prepare detailed technical and administrative reports after each intervention.
- Collaborate with the service planning team to ensure effective scheduling and resource management.
- A technical qualification in Electromechanics , Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems or equipment installation.
- Valid driver's license (a service van will be provided).
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
- Language : Fluent English (written and spoken).
