Lead/Senior UI/UX Designer

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience overseeing the UI/UX design of all digital and print materials, as well as managing a team of designers. Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design for all projects, ensuring they're top-notch and user-friendly.
• Guide and inspire a team of designers to create a strong, design-focused culture.
• Talk through design ideas with clients to make sure we're hitting the mark.
• Use your skills in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to craft cool designs.
• Keep up with design trends and push the team to learn and try new things.
• Nail the basics of design, like typography and layout, in every project.
• Work smoothly with the developers to turn designs into reality without a hitch.
• Dig into user research to make designs that people will love and use.
• Be a leader who motivates the team and drives forward our design vision.
• Champion great design work that makes a real difference for our clients.

• At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, able to comfortably converse designs with clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Up-to-date design knowledge and willingness to constantly learn and evolve.
• A key understanding of the basic principles: typography, layout, etc.
• Excellent in providing the hand-off of design to developers.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
• Understanding of UX concepts.
• Perform user research.
