Assist the teachers in instructing the students within thecurriculum areas of Language, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and VisualArts as well as work with the Specialist areas of Music, Drama, P.E andComputers 3. Actively involve with the teachers in planning anddeveloping units based on the American curriculum as well as adapt and developeducational materials to meet the unique needs of all students 4. Devise activities and programs that encourage the growth ofa child's strengths as well as support their weaknesses 5. To assist an individual student or small group of studentsespecially in ESL support 6. To work with the other staff members to ensure that theWhole needs of the child are met 7. To assist the teacher in developing educational materials tomeet individual needs 8. To work collaboratively to develop programs and activities 9. To assist the teacher in implementing a high standard ofclassroom discipline, pupil manners and behavior both inside and outside theclassroom. 10. Keeping accurate track of the students progress to enableappropriate term report records and ensuring accountability – as appropriate. 11. Assist with maintaining records, observations, studentportfolios in accordance with the school's guidelines. 12.
