Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve network issues, ensuring a robust production environment.
- Utilize advanced troubleshooting mechanisms and adhere to escalation processes.
- Administer service requests and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide proactive assistance in ticket management and reporting.
- Support customers during the installation and deployment of LEAN services.
- Ensure all support cases are monitored, resolved timely, and followed up consistently.
- Document client issues clearly and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.
- Communicate effectively across engineering, sales, and support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Linux, Networking, VMware.
