Market leader in Construction Industry Competitive remuneration package Great Career Opportunity As a Planning Manager (Construction), you will be responsible for the following duties: Reporting to the Project Director on various aspects of project functions, including but not limited to project management, site management, and risk control, to ensure project goals are met. Assist the Project Director in compiling project progress reports (e.g., Monthly Reports, Variations Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, etc). Oversee construction planning, scheduling, and the creation of baseline programs. Track and report the progress of the project in relation to the submitted baseline program. Monitor the project development schedule and report site progress as per the baseline program. Track and manage risks and resolve issues that may affect the project timeline or quality. Liaise and maintain effective communication with the Client's representatives, relevant authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, etc., on all aspects of the project. Conduct technical reviews to ensure that the project complies with all contractual requirements. Ensure that the project is completed within the target timeframe and to the specified quality standards. Assist the Contracts Department with tender preparations, including drawings, method statements, proposals schedules, and claims preparation. Oversee quality control and safety protocols on the site to ensure that Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices are implemented at all times. Identify high-risk safety hazards and ensure the approval of Method Statements prior to the commencement of construction activities. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management as required for the successful completion of the project. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent with 5 years of working experience in the related field.
