Responsibilities: Plan migration schedules and manage migration-related tasks, including data mapping and data cleansing. Conduct migration rehearsals, identify issues, and develop strategies for handling them. Monitor migration progress, manage issues, and collaborate closely with IT and business user teams. Provide regular reports to Cross-Functional PMO and Area PM. Requirements: Minimum a degree in any field. Hands-on experience in migration planning and implementation, including transaction information and fee charge tables applied to customers. Experience in core banking system projects, including accounting systems, from the user side. Business knowledge in the Trade area. Ability to manage complex, multiple data sets without overlooking details. Strong judgment in assessing the integrity of various plans. Willingness to travel within the APAC region. A proactive mindset to embrace challenges and take on risks.
