Designer - European Kitch

Reporting to the VM Manager, the Designer builds sales with customers in-store and projects. The stylist uses in-depth knowledge of the products and creative flair to build a ‘complete package’ of furniture and accessories.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and presenting design concepts for modular kitchens to customers and suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.
• Convert sales by adding on items and accessorizing, ensuring that the personal sales target is achieved each month.
• Creating a plan which details the layout and appearance of all installations, along with giving consideration to the electrical and plumbing systems.
• Providing innovative ideas and concepts to meet client needs.
• Providing architects and contractors with a proper plan for large-scale projects and ensuring the design meets all requirements.
• Creating detailed drawings and specifications for modular kitchen designs.
• Ensuring that the design meets all safety and regulatory standards.
• Communicating the approved design with the supplier via the brand’s portal and following up on the manufacturing confirmation for each kitchen.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of European modular kitchen design trends and standards (Italian & German) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and preferences.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Active listening, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write fluently in English.
