Skills & Experience • Experience with Families: Proven experience working with families to support emotional, behavioral, and social well-being. • Previous experience in roles related to child development counseling or family support. Job Description - Monitor assigned classes to support student concerns and issues. - Maintain professional relationships with students and staff as an advocate. - Liaise with school management and parents regarding student behavior and academic issues. - Follow up on student attendance, contacting parents for consecutive absences. - Attend and document teacher-parent meetings, maintaining detailed records. - Track and update student watch lists and manage recognition systems (e.g., Star of the Week). - Coordinate activities to achieve educational goals and support behavior improvement. - Manage the Merit/Demerit system and provide support for social, behavioral, and emotional issues. - Offer guidance to teachers and liaise with external agencies and the Ministry of Education (MOE) for specific support and safeguarding issues. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is essential. Company Industry
