1. Lead ecological surveys to assess site suitability and potential challenges for restoration efforts.
2. Develop and execute restoration plans that promote biodiversity and sustainability.
3. Select plant species based on site characteristics, ecological goals, and regulations.
4. Manage the procurement of native plant materials, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
5. Lead a team of ecologists, providing guidance on restoration best practices.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to ensure environmental compliance.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Requirements:
