Retail Store Manager

We are hiring a Retail Store Manager for a retail fashion brand.

Responsibilities:

1. The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for staff management, handling their schedules, assisting with shifts and tasks, and managing all responsibilities and duties to ensure compliance.
2. Works closely with the staff to monitor performance and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
3. Oversees inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring that inventory is managed to minimize shortages and excesses, including ensuring quality and coordinating with necessary suppliers.
4. Sets sales targets, monitors performance, and implements strategies to boost profitability.
5. Focuses on customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service, resolving complaints, and enhancing the shopping experience.
6. Ensures compliance with store policies and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Under 40 years of age, Male.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience.
3. Up to 600 KD with target-based commissions.
4. Regular visa 18 Ahli, Immediate joiners.
