Head Chef We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Oversee and train kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and maintain food cost control
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
- Excellent knowledge of culinary arts, techniques, and ingredients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Creativity and ability to develop new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience in menu development
- Proficient in English language
