We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, and providing support to employees and managers on employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding employment law, including equal opportunity employment, anti-discrimination, and workplace health and safety.
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of harassment or discrimination, and recommend appropriate actions to management.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
  7. Manage the HR budget, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  9. Prepare and submit relevant reports to management and government authorities as required.
  10. Keep up-to-date with changes in HR regulations and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role, with a focus on employee relations.
  3. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Experience conducting investigations into employee complaints and allegations of harassment or discrimination.
  7. Experience managing performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
  8. Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  11. Professional certification in HR.
