HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, and providing support to employees and managers on employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding employment law, including equal opportunity employment, anti-discrimination, and workplace health and safety.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of harassment or discrimination, and recommend appropriate actions to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
- Manage the HR budget, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports to management and government authorities as required.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in HR regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience conducting investigations into employee complaints and allegations of harassment or discrimination.
- Experience managing performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Professional certification in HR.
