We are looking for an experienced Linux and DevOps engineer who will be responsible for the upkeep of the published services. If you have a solid background in both development and operations and are familiar with Linux, Bash, Python and have passion to work and think out-of-the-box, we would love to talk with you.RequirementsYou will be trusted to:Working on ways to automate and improve processesAbility to test and examine code written by others and analyze resultsEnsuring that the systems are safe and secure against cyber threatsIdentify technical problems and develop/propose update or fixesBuilding and setting up new tools and infrastructureYou qualify with: Five or more years of experience with linux administration or certified Red Hat Engineer. Having both is a plusA degree(s) in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, or relevant field may be substituted for certain years of experienceYou are a great fit with:Knowledge of Weblogic, Apache, Tomcat configuration, fine tuning, batching and ttroubleshootingWorking knowledge of Python and Linux ShellIn-depth knowledge of Linux systems and system adminGood knowledge of Software engineering principlesUnderstanding the main security principlesGood knowledge of fault tolerant and highly availability principlesGood knowledge of git and git workflowsGood knowledge of devops methodology and toolsProblem-solving attitudeCollaborative team spiritKnowledge of the latest software technologies/frameworks like Splunk, Jira, Ansible. JSON, XML is a plus
