Job details

Provide comprehensive legal guidance on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, advising the organization on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.Assist with the resolution of disputes, including drafting legal briefs and representing the company in negotiations or mediation.Collaborate closely with various departments to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Conduct legal research and prepare analytical reports for management on legal issues affecting the company.Provide training and support to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.Assist in maintaining corporate governance and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Desired Candidate ProfileJuris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree with admission to the bar in relevant jurisdictionA minimum of 6+ years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably within the corporate sector or real estate industryStrong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory issuesExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearlyProven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience in providing legal advice in a fast-paced environment
