Immigration Case Coordinator

Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity in the Immigration Department of our Saudia Arabia office.

Position Summary:

Greenberg Traurig currently has an employment opportunity for an administrative role of Case Coordinator in the Immigration Practice Group. We are a highly collaborative group. Our attorneys, paralegals, and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Updates information and uploads documents into an immigration case management system.

Assists attorneys or paralegals with case initiation.

Maintains, updates and organizes client files, assisting in drafting immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

Updates and maintains reports assigned, monitors immigration expiration dates.

Manages caseload, processing and distributing essential documents.

Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences.

Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Competencies:

High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor, and presentation.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum 1-3 years' experience supporting multiple people.

Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is desired.

Customer service experience.

Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
