JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Control Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project control function for our complex and high-profile projects. You will work closely with the project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Your expertise in project management and your ability to navigate through challenging situations will be crucial in ensuring project success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project control strategies, processes, and proceduresLead and mentor a team of project control professionalsManage project cost control, schedule management, and risk assessment activitiesOversee the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, schedules, and forecastsMonitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and taking appropriate corrective actionsEnsure compliance with project control processes and standardsCollaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate project status updatesManage project change control processesPrepare and present project control reports to management and clientsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in project control with a focus on complex construction projectsStrong knowledge of project management principles and methodologiesExperience in leading and managing a team of project control professionalsProficiency in project management software and toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
