We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Female Real Estate Administrator/HR Assistant to support our real estate team in managing administrative tasks related to property transactions and staff handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:As AdministratorAssist with the preparation and maintenance of property listings, including creating and updating online listings and marketing materials.Knowledge in navigating DLD and Trakheesi.Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other documentation.Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.Maintain accurate and organized records of property transactions, client interactions, and financial transactions.Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.Conduct research on property values, market trends, and comparable properties to assist in pricing and negotiation.Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts, creating content, and implementing marketing strategies.Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.As HR AssistantMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general questions.Support the performance review process, tracking timelines, collecting feedback, and updating records.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.Qualifications:Proven experience in real estate administration or a related administrative role.Strong knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and documentation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and real estate management software.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus.Opportunity for growth within the real estate industry.
