إن من أهداف الشركة الوطنية لشبكة محطات الطرود رفع مستوى المعرفة والمهارة لدى كفاءات الوطن من الطلبة الخريجين وتمكينهم من تطبيق الدراسات الأكاديمية في بيئة العمل الفعلية، الأمر الذي يدعم جهود السعودة والتوطين الوظيفي لدى الشركة. لذا تقوم الشركة الوطنية لشبكة محطات الطرود بالتعاون الاستراتيجي مع الجامعات والمعاهد داخل المملكة من خلال التدريب التعاوني، والذي يعد أحد أهم مصادر توظيف الكفاءات الشابة والواعدة.شروط القبول:طالب/طالبة بكالوريوس على ألا يقل المعدل عن 4/2.5 أو 5/3.أن يكون المتقدم سعودي/سعودية الجنسية.ألا يكون المتقدم قد تخرج وحقق متطلبات برنامج التدريب التعاوني.يجب على المتقدم إتمام فترة التدريب كاملة.اشتراط الجامعة التدريب العملي كمتطلب للتخرج.الوثائق المطلوبة:صورة من بطاقة الأحوال المدنية.السجل الأكاديمي.خطاب من الجامعة ينص على أن برنامج التدريب التعاوني من متطلبات التخرج مع توضيح تاريخ بداية ونهاية التدريب.
