A leading Trading Company in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a critical role within one of their divisions.This role will be responsible for standardizing HR policies and procedures across the various Business Units, aligning with all the Business Unit Heads, managing change, and developing performance management and training programs.This role requires the following:Minimum of 8-10 years of HR ExperienceMinimum of 3-4 years in a Business Partner roleExcellent communication skillsStrong influencing skillsDegree in Business Administration (or equivalent)30,000 - 35,000 SAR/monthRole to be based in Jeddah.
