Role:
- Ensure efficient remote diagnosis, timely qualification and resolution of complex hardware and system issues
- Update regularly technical knowledge according to business needs and participate in process, quality improvement and projects
- Handle ticket queue and group mailbox and perform and prioritize administrative requests according to contractual service guarantees
- Cooperate with other teams to provide additional instructions for repairs and qualify spare parts to solve all reported issues
- Experience with remote control tools
- C1 relevant language
- Ability to quickly identify the needed part replacement and/or bug fix
- Deep knowledge of some more specific topics such as AD, accounts, etc.
