We’re looking for a YouTube Shorts Editor to join our creative team remotely. Your job will be to handle end-to-end Shorts editing with a strong focus on retention editing – keeping the audience hooked throughout the video. If you’ve got a natural instinct for good design and are a certified Instagram and YouTube Reels/Shorts addict , we’re looking for you! (Yes, we encourage your scrolling habits as part of the job.) - Take ownership of the end-to-end editing process for YouTube Shorts
- Focus on retention editing – ensuring videos keep viewers engaged from start to finish
- Collaborate with the team remotely to deliver high-quality, fast-paced edits
- Stay on top of the latest trends and techniques in Reels and Shorts
- Strong work ethic (communication and accountability)
- A good eye for design – you know what looks good and what works
- An obsession with Reels/Shorts – you’re always up to date with trends
- Experience with video editing tools (such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci)
- Fully remote and super flexible – work when it suits you best.
- A supportive, creative team that believes in growing and helping.
- No unnecessary meetings – we trust you to manage your tasks and deliver great work
