The Australian Institute of Sport is a prestigious institution, with a strong onsite team operating residential and corporate hospitality, functions and events, a public café, and concession stands as part of the AIS Arena. TWG are seeking a suitably experienced Food and Beverage Manager to operate in this extremely fast paced and dynamic environment. It is desirable to have experience within the educational hospitality sector and flexibility to support various aspects of the business including event management, retail services and governance. This role requires working in and outside of standard business hours.

You will be responsible for: Managing all financial and operational services onsite

Staff development and site execution

Maintaining all compliance, food safety, licencing and safety regulations

Achieving KPI and operational targets set by the business

Daily coordination and collaboration with stakeholders and clients

Skills and Experience To hit the ground running you will demonstrate: Strong leadership and business governance

Well-developed communication and team skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to innovate and collaborate

The highest standards of occupational safety and hygiene

Sound knowledge and a proven ability to operate licenced venues including holding the liquor license
