Full Stack PHP Developer (Fully Remote with 1 Office Day Per Month in Oxfordshire) Are you a passionate Full Stack PHP Developer looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team? Role: Full Stack PHP Developer Location: Fully remote, with just 1 day per month in our Oxfordshire office. Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel preferred).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Writing clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or similar).
• Ensuring applications are secure, optimized, and responsive.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge-sharing sessions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer (3+ years preferred).
• Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar).
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (experience with modern frameworks is a plus).
• Solid understanding of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Experience with APIs, both building and consuming (REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
