Position: BRCGS - Food Lead Auditor Type: Permanent NOT ABLE TO SPONSOR VISA's Role Overview A leading Notified Body in the United Kingdom are rapidly expanding their Audit teams as a result of large project acquisitions. This Notified Body has numerous subsidiaries across Europe and offers world renowned, fully funded training programs to attain all of the necessary Certificates. Key Responsibilities ·Conduct assurance assessments in accordance with BRCGS standards ·Guidance / Recommendation of certification in accordance with BRCGS standards ·Customer interaction and business development responsibilities ·Continuously up to date with current UK and European Food Safety Standards ·Customer complaint management Essential Criteria ·Successfully completed relevant subject degree (i.e. Food Science / Chemistry / Microbiology)·4+ years’ experience within Food Manufacturing environment (Quality Assurance, Food Inspection, Food Safety)·Diverse range of product experience (Category 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 14, 15 required)·Internal/External Audit experience/HACCP Qualification ·Fluent in English ·Willingness to travel across UK and Europe (occasionally)·Excellent verbal and communication skills Benefits ·Work for a Leading Notified Body ·Excellent fully funded training programs .Regular salary reviews once onboarded
