Conduct clinical assessments to diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans for each case.Counsel and intervene with clients, providing support throughout the treatment of difficulties and/or diagnoses.Demonstrate strong skills in working with children, youth, and adults, adapting the therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sessions and assessments conducted.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an efficient multidisciplinary approach in client treatment.Participate in research activities and ongoing training to continually enhance clinical skills.Minimum Requirements:Medical Specialist in Psychiatry and/or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.Active registration in the Order of Medical Doctors.Proven experience in psychiatric assessment and intervention.Proven experience in neurodevelopmental, mood, anxiety, behavioral, and personality disorders.Proven ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. #J-18808-Ljbffr
