About the role The Blackbaud Cyber Security team is looking for a manager to guide a group of engineers, analysts and/or system administrators in support of the Cyber Infrastructure & Operations organizational strategies. The candidate will be responsible for the daily management of Network Security Engineers, Threat Detection Analysts and Vulnerability Engineering resources to ensure a seamless integration with existing global teams, services and operational functions. This is a critical role within the Cyber organization and will regularly interface company leadership and technical teams. This role must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders What you’ll do
- Manage a team of analysts, engineers and system administrators helping to move the overall program towards success, measure team performance and create staff development opportunities.
- Represent the team in meetings with other teams and departments to drive projects towards completion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure communication, partnership and understanding of the risks.
- Ensure execution/delivery of the cyber controls for related security domains within the established SLAs.
- Partnering with software vendors to ensure system availability and incident / outage response.
- Prioritize work with internal organizations and service providers
- Oversight, management and tracking of team’s work and backlog items in the Company’s AGILE and ticketing tools.
- Ensuring team processes adopt and adhere to Blackbaud policy/standards.
- 10+ years experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, and access management. systems development and management;
- 5+ years management experience
- 5 years hands on experience with leading industry standards and Architecting solutions in secrets management and privileged access management space, such as CyberArk
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, tooling and best practices
- Experience in building and scaling a Cyber Operations program
- Expertise in on-prem and multi-cloud infrastructure deployments
- Experience developing patterns and repeatable processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a business understandable manner
- Experience running a PAM tools, program or capability
- CISSP or related certifications
