Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our business growth efforts in the Masterbatches, Chemicals, and Polymers sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, polymers, and a proven track record of managing sales and marketing strategies in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in masterbatches , chemicals , and polymers .
  • Identify opportunities in both domestic and international markets, creating tailored strategies for each region.
  1. Market Expansion:
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and customers in targeted regions.
  1. Team Management:
  • Oversee and mentor the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Set performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive team productivity and success.\
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to streamline sales and marketing operations.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of sales performance.
  1. Product Expertise and Customer Engagement:
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of polymers , chemicals , and masterbatches to offer technical insights and solutions to customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate ( B.Sc .,/ M.Sc ./M.Tech.) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is mandatory. MBA or PGDM is an added advantage .
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 17-24 years of experience in sales and marketing within the chemicals , masterbatches , or polymers industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing domestic and international markets .
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Expertise in the technical aspects of polymers , chemicals , and their applications.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data
