Then read on. About the Role Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of insurance claims. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assess and settle insurance claims arising from policies in force.
2. Make recommendations and guidelines to insurance claims.
3. Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA.
4. Process all insurance claims documents timely.
5. Answer inquiries relating to claims processing.
6. May develop and deliver functional / technical training in claim related areas.

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or Diploma.
2. Technical Skills: Claims assessment, medical report knowledge, Health Insurance Policy knowledge.
3. Industry: Insurance, Third-Party Administrator, Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Labs.
4. Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
