Secretary- Client Office @ Contract Basis
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company by conducting and organizing administrative duties and other activities. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS- Arrange, schedule and organize the appointments and meetings of Senior General Manager / General Manager.
- Attend and screen all incoming and outgoing phone calls of the Senior General Manager / General Manager.
- Prepare write ups and presentation slides as and when required.
- Set up and maintain an appropriate and effective filing system for all documents.
- Liaise with internal staff of other divisions and departments on all administrative matters.
- Manage the travelling processes for Senior General Manager / General Manager and other personnel within Department / Division.
- Perform other clerical tasks for other units as instructed from time to time.
- Record minutes of the division meeting as and when required.
- Assist in day-to-day running of the administration function of the division.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
